INDEPENDENCE — CORE PRINCIPLE
The recognition process and commercial services are run entirely independently of each other. Purchasing reporting, badge licensing, verification or any other service does not in any way affect how organisations are evaluated, scored or recognised. Recognition rests solely on the defined evaluation methodology and its results. It is not possible to be selected or to raise an evaluation score by purchasing a commercial service.
Recognition Levels
Four distinct levels in inclusive communication.

From Measurement to Certification
Turn inclusive language intolasting impact.
Brands that reach a recognition level in the Inclusive Brand Index analysis can move on to the Workplace in Action® Inclusive Language Certification programme developed by TDX Consulting.
At this stage inclusive language becomes embedded in communication, policies, employee experience and corporate practice — turning a visible score into a sustainable culture.
